D.W. YOUNG
D.W. Young’s previous documentary THE BOOKSELLERS, a behind-the-scenes look at the rare book world, premiered at the New York Film Festival in 2019. His other features include the award-winning documentary A HOLE IN A FENCE and the narrative THE HAPPY HOUSE, and his shorts include DANCING ON THE SILK RAZOR, NOT INTERESTED, A FAVOR FOR JERRY and A BODY OF LANGUAGE. His work has screened at festivals around the world including NYFF, SXSW, DOC NYC, Woodstock Film Festival and more.

JUDITH MIZRACHY
Judith Mizrachy is a New York City-based producer whose recent films include the Oscar-nominated Netflix documentary THE MARTHA MITCHELL EFFECT (2022) and THE BOOKSELLERS (2019), a behind-the-scenes look at the rare book world. Her films have screened at festivals including Sundance, Hot Docs, New York Film Festival and SXSW, and have been shown in theaters around the world including BAM, Lincoln Center, TIFF Bell Lightbox, Bertha DocHouse and Cinema São Jorge Lisbon. Judith previously served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Women Make Movies.

DAN WECHSLER
A native New Yorker, Dan Wechsler is a rare bookseller, publisher and filmmaker. Most recently he served as a producer on the documentary THE BOOKSELLERS, which premiered at NYFF in 2019. His documentary MORE THAN THE RAINBOW premiered at DOC NYC in 2012 and later screened as the opening night film of the Coney Island Film Festival, where it won the award for Best Documentary. In 2015, Wechsler co-wrote Shakespeare’s Beehive, an account of an extraordinary dictionary. He is a founder, along with D.W. Young and Judith Mizrachy, of the production company Fine Print Pictures.

FRANCESCO SAVIANO
Francesco Saviano has been working in the New York film industry for fifteen years as a cinematographer, director and producer. His films have screened at festivals including the Tribeca Film Festival, Vancouver International Film Festival and more. He is currently directing and shooting OUT OF THE RING, a feature documentary on professional boxers and the long-shot nature of becoming a champion in one of the most unforgiving of all sports.

MARIKA HACKING
Marika Hacking is a New York-based cinematographer and editor and co-founder of the production company Unarmed Media. Along with her commercial work for clients including NPR, WNYC, Columbia University and Verizon, Marika has traveled the world shooting narrative and documentary films. She is passionate about storytelling and bringing to life the personal journeys and issues faced by underrepresented people and communities.

DAVID ULLMANN
Born and raised in New York City, guitarist and composer David Ullmann has recorded four albums, including the acclaimed Corduroy in 2014. A graduate of New School Jazz and the NYU Jazz Program, Ullmann teaches music at John Jay College.
